Commitment On The Replacement Of Host Components:

During the warranty period, any component is damaged for non-human reasons, and our company will replace it free of charge (material costs, labor costs and travel expenses, etc.) without charging any fees. Due to human reasons caused by system failure, our company will charge materials, labor costs and travel expenses.

After the expiration of the warranty period, if the components fail, our company will charge the cost of materials (cost), labor and travel expenses.

After-sales Service Plan Commitment:

Responsible for the technical training of your operators and on-site operation technical training.

If the user asks for technical advice or guidance, our company will give explanation and help in time. Our company guarantees to maintain long-term, good technical exchanges and cooperation with users.
