Product Overview


This integrated small ozone generator combines ozone production, gas-water mixing, and water quality monitoring in a single compact unit, designed for small-scale water disinfection needs . It uses dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) technology to generate ozone with a concentration of 80mg/L-120mg/L, and integrates a venturi mixer for efficient ozone dissolution (dissolution rate ≥90%) . The system supports water treatment volumes from 0.5m³/h to 5m³/h, making it ideal for small swimming pools, aquaculture tanks, and small-scale drinking water purification . Unlike basic ozone generators, it includes an online ozone concentration sensor and automatic adjustment function, ensuring stable disinfection effects without over-dosing . Its small size (400×300×500mm) and low weight (10kg) allow easy placement in closets or equipment rooms .

High-Efficiency Ozone Generation

The DBD ozone tube uses high-purity alumina ceramic as the dielectric, with a service life of 8,000-10,000 hours. The ozone output can be adjusted between 5g/h and 50g/h via the control panel, matching different water treatment needs .


Efficient Gas-Water Mixing

The built-in venturi mixer creates a negative pressure to suck ozone into the water stream, achieving a dissolution rate of ≥90%—higher than traditional bubble diffusers (60%-70%). This ensures sufficient contact between ozone and pollutants, improving disinfection efficiency .


Intelligent Monitoring & Control

The online ozone concentration sensor monitors the residual ozone level in treated water (target: 0.3mg/L-0.5mg/L). If the concentration is too low, the system automatically increases ozone output; if too high, it reduces output to avoid water pollution . The control panel also displays water flow rate and equipment running status .


Safety Protection

Equipped with an ozone leak detector that triggers an alarm and shuts down the generator if ozone concentration in the air exceeds 0.1ppm. The power supply system includes over-voltage and over-current protection, preventing equipment damage .

Small Swimming Pools & Spas

Used in residential swimming pools (5m³-50m³) and hotel spas to disinfect water, replacing chlorine. It eliminates chlorine odors and skin irritation, and reduces algae growth—keeping water clear for 2-3 weeks without water change .

Aquaculture Tanks

Applied in small fish tanks (koi ponds, ornamental fish tanks) and small-scale shrimp farms to disinfect water and remove ammonia. It increases dissolved oxygen levels by 15%-20%, improving fish survival rates .

Small-Scale Drinking Water Purification

Installed in rural households, small offices, and mountain cabins to treat well water or spring water. It kills bacteria (e.g., Salmonella) and viruses (e.g., norovirus), and removes odors caused by algae or organic matter .


FAQ


How often does the ozone tube need replacement?

With daily operation (8 hours/day), the ozone tube lasts 2-3 years. The system alerts operators when the tube’s efficiency declines (via reduced ozone output) .

Can it treat hard water?

Yes, but hard water (calcium content >200mg/L) may cause scale on the ozone tube. It is recommended to install a small water softener (optional accessory) to extend the tube’s service life .

What is the power consumption?

The generator consumes 100W-500W, depending on ozone output. For a 20g/h model (treating 2m³/h water), the daily electricity cost is about 0.2 (based on 0.1/kWh) .

Is it easy to install?

Yes, the system has standard inlet/outlet pipes (DN25) that can be connected to the water supply pipeline using ordinary pipe fittings. No professional plumbing skills are required—installation takes 30-60 minutes .
